This historic home is fully renovated and full of history and charm! It's unique and beautiful design will make you feel right at home. Settle in and crank up the record player with some classics while you and your friends shoot some pool in the game room. Make sure to end your day relaxing in the built in hot tub, chatting by the fire pit, or cooking on the grill. Kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, and a high chair for your smallest guest. There is both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for your use. Dining room features a large table and comfortable seating for 10. Laundry room with washer, dryer, and iron. Located in the upstairs walk-in closet is both a pack n play (including bassinet attachment) and bouncy seat for your use. No Parties or Events Unfortunately we cannot host any local residents. Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Guests found hosting a party or unauthorized event will be subject to a minimum $750 rule-violation fee, plus any additional costs associated with extra cleaning, damages, security response, neighbor complaints, or other related expenses.
Other Details to Note
Check-in is at 4pm CST Check-out is at 10am CST No pets, no smoking, or no parties allowed. Monitoring devices used to ensure policies are followed. The fireplace is for aesthetic purposes only and is not usable. Please note, the stairs are steep. Non-slip treads have been added for your safety and there is a child protection gate at the top of the stairs. This property does include 3 security cameras outside of the home. There are two on the front of the house (looking over front porch, front yard, and to the street) and one on the side of the house (overlooking the driveway). These will remain on throughout your stay. They are for security purposes only and include audio and video recording. This property has Minut noise & occupancy sensors inside the house to ensure a quiet, safe stay and to enforce no-smoking and maximum-occupancy rules. These devices do NOT record audio or video and only monitor sound levels and presence.
